How do I care for my HuePhoria stemware?Your glasses are hand blown and hand painted, then heat cured (fired on). Each piece is unique and you may expect small amounts of seeding (bubbles) in the glass. Glassware is dishwasher safe, however, we recommend hand washing due to their delicate nature. What are the dimensions of the glasses?Wine: height 8.875”, base diameter 3.375”, rim diameter 3.0625”, 16 ounces What are your shipping policies?Orders will be shipped out within 1-3 days via UPS. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email. What businesses carry Huephoria glasses?How do I make a return?If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and you would like to exchange it, HuePhoria™ will be happy to replace it with another selection or refund the original cost of your purchase (less shipping costs). Returns must be received within 30 days of the original ship date. Please insure your package when making a return and retain your shipping receipt for your protection. HuePhoria™ reserves the right to reject a returned item within 30 days of purchase, due to what we might consider as customer negligence. What if I receive Damaged Goods?If your glassware is damaged upon receipt, please save the contents and packaging and contact us by email or phone us @ 315.254.7013 within 10 business days.
